Julie Bloss

Hello, My name is Julie Bloss. However, you may have heard the children at ECC refer to me as "Ms. Bloss Applesauce."  This is my first year to serve as Principal at the Grove Early Childhood Center.  However, I am a long time veteran of education.  I have 19 years of experience in the fields of Early Childhood Educationa and Elementary Education.  I have taught a variety of grades including Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, Second Grade, Fourth Grade and Fifth Grade.  In addition to teaching, I have been a school counselor and served as an Assistant Principal at the Lower Elementary for six years.  I love teaching because I love children!    During my personal time (and trust me, there isn't much of it), I enjoy fishing on Grand Lake. I really enjoy all aspects of fishing and am thrilled to catch anything- even a carp!  I also write grants for non-profit organizations.    Please feel free to contact me should you ever have questions about your child's education or any of the programs that we offer.  You can always reach me through email or by phone 786-6127.   Thank you for visiting our website!
