Molly Sanders

              Hello my name is Molly Sanders. I am a Preschool Teacher. I have taught Preschool for 9 years. I am very proud to be a Ridgerunner! I love teaching in Grove. I enjoy working with the staff and consider them colleagues and friends.

              I am married and have two wonderful children. I attend First Baptist Church of Grove and enjoy watching and assisting my children in sporting events. I graduated for Northeastern State University with a degree in Early Childhood Education.

              I had the privilege of starting the first all day Preschool class at Grove. It was an exciting experience then and today, I feel the same way.

              My goal as a Preschool teacher is to provide a quality preschool experience.

• Encourage each child’s curiosity and eagerness to learn.
• Creates opportunities to learn sharing and improve social skills.
• Assists in developing skills needed for kindergarten success.
• Help parents and children become familiar with school environment and expectations.

I believe: Children Learn by Doing! Preschool should be a time of fun, warmth, security, exploring, and discovery. I want my classroom to contribute to all aspects of a child’s development: physical cognitive, language, social, and emotional. I will strive to make each child’s school experience a positive one.

Goals for Parents:

Participate in your child’s education. Understand the correlation between home environment and school success (parents & teachers working together).
