Diane Manning

My name is Diane manning. I have taught ten years. I have been with the

Grove Public School system for seven years. I taught three years in second grade, then seven years in third grade. I presently teach second grade. I am married to Gary Manning. I have two sons, three step children, and three grandchildren. Children and animals are my passions. I also love gardening and music. I believe that every day is a gift and all blessings are from above.

1. Follow directions
2. Stay in Seat
3. Raise hand.
4. Keep hands, feet, and objects to yourself.
5. Complete all assignments.
6. Be prepared for class with pencil, books, etc.
7. Be kind to others.

HOMEWORK POLICY

 

READING - 15 minute reading assignment is given Monday – Thursday. A reading log must be signed by his/her parent each evening. A child that doesn’t read at home will read the story at school during 2nd recess.

 

MATH – A math sheet is provided each evening. If a child does not return his/her homework. He/she will miss 2nd recess and do the paper.
