GUE GEFFE Winners
The Upper Elementary would like to take the opportunity to thank the Grove Education Foundation for Excellence for their continuous support through out their existence. GEFFE has had a tremendous impact on the education of our students. They have provided many teachers with excellent teaching tools to enhance our student’s education.
We are so appreciative for their support and their continuing contributions to our classrooms.
"Where's the Remote?" grant was awarded to Mrs. Hayes in the spring of 2006. Students use the classroom performance systems remote controls for daily activities such as quizzes and classroom work. Students also use the remotes for competitive team building activities.
Mrs. Carper’s students have the opportunity to use globes supplied by a grant which the Social Studies teachers in our building can access.

Mrs. Spychalski and Mrs. Fairchild’s students are building their reading skills with one of the many reading games that were provided through a GEFFE Grant. These students are able to improve their reading skills while having fun. The knowledge they are gaining is wonderful. |
