My name is Miranda Woods and this is my 1st year in education.
I have lived in Grove all my life. I attended T.J. Melton Elementary School, Grove Middle School and Grove High School. I graduated from Grove High School in 1996. I attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College were I received my Associate’s Degree. I then attended Northeastern State University where I received my Bachelors.
I absolutely love teaching! I am very excited and passionate about my job (I often catch myself getting more excited than my students). So far this year has been very rewarding. I am very blessed to be able to do what I love with my students and my teachers that I work with.
I am married to Landon Joe Woods. We have been married for 9 years. We have one beautiful little girl, MacKenzie Joe Woods. MacKenzie is now in the 2nd grade and loves school and spending time with her friends.
Joe, MacKenzie and my parents are my greatest inspiration. I wouldn’t be were I am today without all their love and support.
I enjoy spending time with family, friends and of course SHOPPING (if there’s a deal, I’ll find it), decorating, watching MacKenzie play sports and anything else to keep myself entertained.
I am very blessed and believe I have the BEST job in the world! Thank You Grove Public Schools for allowing me the opportunity to do what I love.
