Dead week dates for this year is Saturday, June 27, 2026 through Sunday, July 5, 2026. Per OSSAA rule: Students enrolled or pre-enrolled at a member school may not use any member school athletic facilities in connection with those athletic activities.
Member school coaches/assistant coaches/sponsors may not have contact with those students for the purpose of coaching, training, or instructing.

GHS Boys and Girls Track honored with Distinguished Academic Achievement Awards

We will be having our youth boys basketball camp this week on June 2,3,4 at the high school gym. You can register the first day and attend the camp. The flyer is attached.

Congratulations to Rowan Geer...she played in the OGCBA AllState game today in Mustang OK. Ridgerunner Athletics is so proud of her and all her accomplishments.

Lady Red Softball was able to host a great 3 days of team camp this week. 8 teams, 18 games played at our own facility on our new turf. Thanks to all the volunteers/ coaches/ and Softball Booster Club for helping make this happen.

Another great year of Lady Red Softball Camp! Our campers worked hard on infield and outfield fundamentals, hitting, scrimmaging, and competing in events. A special thank you to our high school players for assisting the coaching staff and helping provide quality instruction.

June 2 - 4th: Ridgerunner Factory Skills Camp
2nd - 5th grade = 8:30 am - 10:30 am ( grade next Fall )
6th - 9th grade = 10:30 am - 12:30 pm (grade next Fall )
June 5-6: University of Tulsa Team Camp ( varsity )
June 8-9: Northeastern Ok State Univ. Team Camp ( varsity )
June 11th: Gravette, Ark. one day camp ( varsity )
June 16 - 18th: open gym ( Time TBA )
June 19th - 20th : Father/Son Factory Skills Camp ( 3rd - 9th grade )
Friday 19th: 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Saturday 20th: 8:00 am - 9:30 am
June 23 - 25th : open gym ( Time TBA )

Meet and Greet the new head boys basketball coach Garrette Mantle. He will be at the HS gym on Monday, June 1st 9:00 am to 11:00 am.

Over 500 wins in 38 year career Played College Basketball at Southeastern Ok State University NCAA College Coach at Southeastern Ok State & Cameron University 3 different HS advanced to State Tournament Play + NAIA and NCAA post season play. All-Time Wins Leader at 2 different high schools 1 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP GAME RUNNER-UP ( 2 Boys Golf State Championships ) 8 Final 4’s as player and coach 10 State Tourney appearances as coach Coached Boys and Girls Basketball Head Softball Coach NAIA Southeastern Ok State University

Softball camp will be held in the fieldhouse at the hs until the storm passes.

Football practice will be at the high school in the fieldhouse this morning at 8 a.m.

Just a reminder girls basketball camp starts tomorrow. There will 2 sessions with 2nd -5th 9:00 to 11:00, 6th -8th 12:00 to 2:30. You can register tomorrow when you get to camp.
