Our last fine arts victory this weekend came to GHS Drama who brought home the OSSAA Regional One Act Play Championship! In addition they were named Outstanding Tech Crew and 3 actors were named to the All Region Cast. Congratulations to Seniors Nikolas Warner and Marlie Sisk and Sophomore Kennedy Matthews who brought home individual honors.
The community can see the show at the PAC on Sunday, October 22 with the understudy cast taking the stage at 2:30 and the lead cast show after that. Donations will be taken at the door. The cast competes at the state competition on October 31st. Hard work! Pays Off!

Another fine arts shout out this weekend! Grove Choirs sent students in grades 7-12 to audition for the Northeastern Choral Directors All District Honor Choir. Congratulations to the students who were named to the high school (10-12) and junior high (7-9) choirs!

GLE's first community Service Project with the Fraternal Order of the Police. I would love to be able to collect 300 cans of pie filling and pie crust.
