NE-2 had our District Leadership Meeting in Pryor, Oklahoma on Tuesday. Miss Oklahoma was our guest speaker and wow was she great. Miss Lauren Frost talked about how to lead but not be arrogant. One of my favorite quotes from her was “. Lean In And Engage .” We have a great group of FCCLA members that are doing great things this year.

Mrs. Crawford's Hospitality and Tourism class put the proofing box and dough sheeter to good use this week, making croissants from scratch. It was a full two-day process, and they knocked it out of the park!!!
