State Science Fair is always so much fun; these students represented GMS so well! Not only do we have awesome students, we also have an amazing teacher and science fair coordinator, Mrs. Donna Deason. GMS had 10 place out of 18! 2nd place winners: Jaxyn Berryman, Jedd Patitz, Boston Sconyers, Jax Goldner, Katie Sheffield, Elliott Hutchison, Cate Catlett. 3rd place winners: Jace Fink, Kynlee Smith, Olivia Blair. Jace Fink special award for APA and Elliott Hutchison won fan favorite for HS! So proud of all these students, and a special thank you to Mrs. Goldner, Mrs. Woods, Mrs. Alicia Smith, and Gentry Hutchison for going along as sponsors. Finally, thank you to Rotary and GEFEE for always supporting our science department, and to all our community partners and parents who donated funds to make this trip possible for our students. We appreciate you!
