UPDATE: This week, Grove High School students donated a grand total of 1457 food items during our week-long food drive. The social studies department would like to thank all students and staff for helping to make this food drive such a tremendous success! This is a great way we can give back to our community in a very meaningful way. Way to go, Ridgerunners!

Congratulations to Isabella Dozier!!! Accepted to The University of Oklahoma! Well done, Seniors!!! Keep the good news coming!!!

Grove High School students in partnership with the Fraternal Order of Police have collected 966 non-perishable food items so far during our week-long food drive! This food drive is sponsored by Grove HS social studies students who have been following the recent US Government shutdown. Moved by what they have learned, our students are taking action. This food drive is a meaningful step towards helping those affected by food insecurities, and it reflects the values of civic responsibility and compassion. Tomorrow is the last day of our drive, so please remember to bring non-perishable food items to Grove High School to help us positively impact the Grove community in a meaningful way!

Gear UP took some Ridgerunners on a college visit to the University of Tulsa!! Thank you to Lycrecia Atkins and Tracie Sconyers for chaperoning the trip!!!

High school teachers often hear “When am I ever going to use this?” While most people may not graph trigonometric functions in everyday life, reading and analyzing graphs is a practical application and life skill. Students in Ms. Johnson’s Pre-Calculus analyzed graphs comparing frequency, cycles, trends, and parameter restrictions. These skills will transfer to their adult life as they are consumers, make financial decisions, or even notice weather patterns.

Check out the "Rock Your Mocs 2025" events coming up!!!

The middle school Student Council teamed up with the Fraternal Order of Police for our first community service project and scored big both on and off the court! As a reward for bringing in the most boxed stuffing and canned yams for our Hoops 4 Hunger Food Drive, Mrs. Laverty’s Student Council crew joined Ms. Lepo's and Mr. Geer's homerooms for an exciting ORU basketball game, alongside schools from all over the state! They also enjoyed a Chick-fil-A treat for their hard work and generosity.
Our school entryway was overflowing with food donations—the most we’ve seen in recent memory, with the team of three homerooms contributing over 500 of the 800 total items donated!
