Read Across America Week at the Lower February 24th-28th

The weather will be beautiful for GUE picture day next Wednesday! All students will take spring individual pictures, 4th and 5th grades will be taking class pictures as well. Say Cheese!!

Reminder- Friday, February 21st all GPS sites will be in DISTANCE LEARNING. Pre K-5th grade should complete a day in their packets and 6th-12th grades should check for work in Google Classroom. All extracurricular activities will continue on Friday as originally scheduled. If changes occur in these events, sponsors will contact their students through Google Classroom or Remind. The GMS annual semi-formal was a success! The students looked fantastic and had a great time dancing the night away or simply hanging out, visiting with friends. A huge shout out to GMS Student Council members, Mrs. Woods, those who served as chaperones, and to the parents who helped with setup or donated items. We appreciate you! #ridgerunnernation


GHS Parents and Students: Due to weather, the Pre-Enrollment Night scheduled for Thursday, 2.20.25, is postponed, again, to next week. It will be held on Tuesday, 2.25.25. Please check out the specifics on the flyer. Please stay safe and warm!

Due to ongoing inclement weather, Grove Public Schools will be taking a SNOW DAY on Thursday, February 20th. There are no academic expectations on this day. Friday, February 21st all GPS sites will be in DISTANCE LEARNING. Pre K-4th grade should complete a day in their packets and 6th-12th grades should check for work in Google Classroom. All extracurricular activities will continue on Friday as originally scheduled. If changes occur in these events, sponsors will contact their students through Google Classroom or Remind. Grove Public Schools WILL BE IN SESSION May 2nd to make up the snow day. Be safe and stay warm Ridgerunners!

Due to the winter weather forecast Grove Public Schools will have SNOW DAYS on Tuesday 2/18 and Wednesday 2/19. There is no expectation for academic work on these days. We will assess the rest of the week once we see what we have on the ground. Stay warm and safe Ridgerunners!

Who says only elementary students can have fun? Mrs. Laverty's 7th grade reading classes celebrate Valentine’s Day with a figurative language exchange—sharing learning, laughter, and lots of candy!


The GMS semi-formal Love In Paris is underway! The scene is set and students look amazing! Mrs. Woods and GMS Stuco did an outstanding job, as always.






We are so proud of our GMS Robotics Team and to witness the hard work they've put in this year. It is inspiring to see their passion, commitment, and watch them grow! We are the only middle school team here!
